The job I would love to have – goals and people

In august 2022 I will finish my degree and will return straight back to my job as a Project Manager in the army (until 2031

In recent years I have realized that work itself is not necessarily what will bring me the happiness and satisfaction I seek.

so, the most important indices for me are:

1. Wake up everyday with a smile on my face.

2. Work with practical people that distinguish between essential and bland.

3. a workplace I can learn and grow in many aspects that will help me in other layers in life.

I feel like this is already what I have… 🙂
