Since Mary was 6 years old, she wore a necklace that she never took off, and she had a friend named Emily, who is her best friend, whom she considers like her sister.

 

One day, Emily had a wedding with one of her relatives, so she decided to ask Mary for his necklace because it is very special and unique.

-Hello, Mary.

-Hello, Emily, how are you?

-I’m fine, but I want to ask you something!

-What do you want?

-I have a wedding for a relative and I want to borrow your necklace.

Mary hesitated a lot because this necklace was close to her heart and she never took it off, but she agreed because she trusted Emily. Thus, Mary took off her necklace and gave it to Emily, so Emily was very happy and she thanked her, and then she went.

A week later, Mary asked Emily about the necklace, and they told her Emily, “Don’t worry, I will return it to you.” Then Emily went to her house to search for the necklace, but she didn’t find it. She searched and searched and searched, but to no avail, and because Emily knows how close this necklace to Mary’s heart and she gave it to her because she trusts  With it, Emily decided to go to a jewelry maker and asked him to make exactly like Mary’s necklace.

 

After the jewelry maker finished making the necklace, Emily gave it to Mary, but Mary realized that this necklace wasn’t hers, so Mary’s necklace had a distinctive mark on it, which Emily didn’t notice.

-but Emily, this contract is not mine, Mary said.

-No, this is for you.

-No, not mine, Emily,  my necklace had a distinctive mark on it.

here, Emily was silent, she fell into trouble and she told Mary about what happened and told her that she had lost her necklace, so she went to one of the jewelry makers and asked him to make exactly the same for her.

-but why you hadn’t told me the truth before, Mary said.

-I was afraid that you would be angry at me, Mary.

-If you had told the truth from the beginning, I wouldn’t be angry at you.

-Sorry, Mary.

-Now what do we do?

-I don’t know.

Thus Mary never spoke to Emily, nor was their friendship the same again.

 

So Emily decided to look for Mary’s necklace again, but she also did not find it, and after a while, Emily was walking down a city street, and she saw a woman walking and wearing exactly like Mary’s necklace. Emily called Mary, but she did not answer, so she called him back, and finally, Mary answered the call.

-Hi.

-Don’t talk to me anymore, Emily.

-Give me one chance, Mary.

-Well, what do you want?

-Come on Shakespeare Street in front of the school.

-Ok!

Then Mary came to Emily…

-Do you see this woman?

-Which woman do you mean?

So Emily pointed her finger at a woman that she walking down the street, and Mary answered Emily, “Yes, I see her.”

-Emily asked Mary, Isn’t this your necklace?

-Yes, I think it is.

 

Emily and Mary went to the woman and said to her

-Hi

-hello, what do you want?

-We want to ask you where you got this beautiful necklace?

-Actually, I found him on the ground in one of the alleys.

-Mary said, “I want to tell you, that this necklace is mine. My deceased grandfather gave it to me, but it is lost.”

-Oh really!  Take it if it was yours.

-Thank you.

 

Thus, Mary regained her necklace and took a vow on herself that she would never take it off, and her friendship with Emily returned as it was, and she taught Emily what the secret of this contract was.
