Maggie's tomato:
Maggie's tomato is an Israeli development and you can find it in the market
and in the various marketing chains. This special type of tomato is full of
aroma, flavor and is considered particularly meaty alongside one that
contains a relatively low percentage of liquid, which means that Maggie
tomato is perfect for salads and short cooks like soups, sauces and baking.
Maggie is one of the few tomatoes harvested throughout the year and is
available and fresh even in July-August. The color of Maggie is fiery red
and is relatively small compared to other varieties that are not defined
as cherry tomatoes, it is eaten fresh and is also suitable for various
forms of cooking, with the most recommended way being to eat it without
cooking with a drizzle of a little olive oil and coarse salt.

Monte Rosa:
This variety is reminiscent in size and looks like a pumpkin and can reach
a weight of 1 kg and even more. The asymmetrical shape and light pink color
of the Monte Rosa, are what make it more attractive than other species,
and its sweet taste makes it a kind of summer fruit with delicate sweetness
Beyond its size and amount of fruit flesh, it is also full of juiciness and
suitable for various uses, even for garnish. The Monte Rosa tomatoes can be
found in the markets from November to June, and it is mainly suitable for
soups.
