The tomato is a major ingredient in my personal menu
This is why the question I chose to ask the tomato is:
What kind of vitamins are in a tomato?
1. vitamin K calcium and lycopene
good for strengthening and repairing bones as well as improving bone mass.
2. vitamin A
can improve vision, help prevent night blindness and may help reduce the risk of macular degeneration.
3. potassium and vitamin B
helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels which in turn can assist in the prevention of strokes, heart attacks and other heart related problems.
4. carotene and lycopene
helps protect the skin against damage and makes skin less sensitive to UV damage.
5. lycopene
helps prevent several cancers and the antioxidants in tomatoes can reduce cell damage
6. chromium
helps your blood sugar stay in balance and helps reduce the risk of diabetes.
So in summary,
The tomato is very good for us
and we can keep enjoy it on our menu
