Grape Leaves

Ingredients:
Grape leaves
rice
spices
salt
mincemeat
1 tablespoon corn oil
Directions
soak the rice for an hour
take the rice out of the water add on it the meat , salt spices and a tablespoon of corn oil
mix it all well.
Open a grape leaf , put a little bit of the mixture then fold it in the shape of a cigarette
Bring a pot, put on the base tomato slices and squeeze a little bit of lemon on it then above it put the grape leaves stuffed with the mixture when you finish add water over it and a little bit of salt then boil it for 1 hour
Pasta With White Souce

What you need:
- pasta
- salt
- pepper
- Olive oil.
- White sauce.
How to make it:
- Boil the pasta for 10 minutes.add
- Add the olive oil to boil with pasta.
- Add the white souse, salt and paper and let boil for 10 mitutes.
- Put cheese on the top .
Belgian Waffle

· Flour

· Cream
Method:
Put 2 eggs in A bowl
Add one cup of milk
Add 50 grams of butter and 4 spoons of sugar
Add 2 cups of flour and 2 spoons of cheese cream and some salt
Mix them well we put them in the machine and wait until it is hot ,
We serve it hot and everyone can enjoy.
Hot Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cream cup
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup chocolate powder
• 2 cups flour
Method:
Mix the oil, vanilla sugar, sugar, eggs and the cream well together.
Then add baking powder, chocolate powder and the flour.
We need to mix all the ingredients together.
Put the mixture on a tray, put it on the oven for 35 minutes on 180 digrees.
Chocolate sirup Ingredients:
• black chocolate
• sweet cream
We melt them together.
It’s ready for eating
On a dish, we put Chocolate cake piece, ice cream and add hot
Chocolate sirup.
Pasta salad

- Green Olive
- corn
- Pasta
- Lemon
- Salt

How to make the most delicious salad ever:
- Wash the pepper, corn and the olive
- Cut the vegetables
- put the bowl on the fire, put water in it, and then put the pasta
- Mix the pepper , olive ,corn, lemon, salt and the boiled pasta

Jelly Cake

We need:
- One cup milk
- One cup cheese
- 200 gm biscuits
- Two cups cream
- 1 cup vanilla powder
- 1 packet strawbetty jelly powder
Method :
First arrange the biscuits into a tray
Then mix the milk with the cheese cream and the vanilla powder
Pour the mixture over the biscuits, spread evenly
to cover the biscuit base
Arrange the biscuits over the mixure and enjoy the most delicious cake ever
Magnum Ice Homemade

We need:
- 500 gm whipped cream
- 500 gm sweet cream
- 1 teaspoon (NesCafe)
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate
Method:
Mix the cream and the condensed milk
then add the other ingredients
Whip on speed 4 for 3 seconds or until smooth
Insert the wooden sticks into 6 silicone popsicle moulds
Divide the mixture evenly between them
Freeze for 8 hours
Melt chocolate
Remove the icecream from the moulds and place them on a lined tray
Dip the icecream in the chocolate
Freeze for about 4 hours
Enjoy
Cheese Salad

Method:
Wash the vegetables
Cut the vegetables up into pieces
Mix the vegetables in a bowl
Add lemon ,salt, and olive oil
Cut the cheese and put on top

Nescafe cake

Biscuit, milk, nescafe, cream, sweet cream, sugar
How to prepare:
1) Mix the cream and sweet cream then pour the sugar
2) Melt nescafe in milk then drown the biscuit in it
3)Put Half of the biscuits in a cake mold
4) Pour the cream over the cake mold
5) We make a new layer of biscuits and cream
6) After we finished making two layers of biscuit, we put the cake in the refrigerator for three hours Then we eat it

Healthy Pancakes

- 2 tablespoons butter.
- 2 cups white flour.
- 2 teaspoons baking powder.
- ½ teaspoon baking soda.
- ½ teaspoon salt.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 ¼ cups milk
Method:
- Mix the dry ingredients: white whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, , milk, honey and vanilla.
- Add melted butter into the wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix .
- Cook the pancakes on a hot griddle .
Halloumi Fries

Method:
-Cut the Halloumi cheese block into long rectangular shapes
-Dip the Halloumi in the flour then the egg wash, and finally the bread crumbs
-Fry them until the Haloumi fries are golden and crispy.
Rainbow Pancakes

Preparation Method
mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
mix all the liquid ingredients in another bowl
then mix both dry and liquid ingredients together
then we put the mixture in one plate and put food coloring on them
Orange Cake

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups white flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon. baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon. baking soda
1 teaspoon. salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons. vanilla extract
1 cup coffee,
Instructions:
1.Heat up the oven to 180 degrees.
2.Grease baking
- In large bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Beat on medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- Add the coffee and mix well.
- Put the batter into the pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes
- Cool for10 minutes.
- Remove from pan.
- Decorate with chocolate syrup.

INGREDIENTS
For the syrup:

- 2/3 cup (133g) Sugar
- 2/3 cup (160ml) Water
- 1 teaspoon Rose water/orange blossom
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

For the custard:

- 3/4 cup (135g) Semolina
- 1/2 cup (100g) Sugar
- 1 liter (4 cups) Milk
- 2 teaspoons Rose water/orange blossom
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Cream:

- 2/3 cup (160ml) Milk
- 1½ cup (360ml) Heavy cream
- 3½ tablespoons (26g) Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons (25g) Sugar

For decoration:

- Pistachios (toasted)

DIRECTIONS
- Make the custard: in a pot combined all custard ingredient except vanilla extract. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and keep cooking, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens. About 10 minutes.
- Turn the heat off, add vanilla extract and stir. Pour the batter into a greased 9X13-inch (22*32cm) pan. Allow to cool while making the cream.
- Make the cream layer: in a small bowl whisk milk and cornstrach until no lumps. Set aside. In a small saucepan place heavy cream, sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low heat, pour in milk mixture and stir until thickens. Pour over the semolina layer and spread evenly. Let cool to room temperature, cover and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- For the syrup: in a small saucepan bring to a boil sugar, water, lemon juice and rose water/ orange blossom. Let boil for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios and sprinkle on top of the cake.
- When ready to serve, cut to squares or personal portions and drizzle with syrup.
Orange cake recipe

Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 14 cup milk
- 14 cup orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 tbs baking soda
Put sugar,flour,baking soda in a bowl and mix them together.
Put the eggs, milk , butter and the orange juice on the mixture
Mix until the mixture combined
Put the mixture in a buttered pan
Keep the cake in the oven for 40 mins.
