Explaining My New Design Of The Book

I called this book “My Little Wish” because during all the story we can see that the little boy had a dream to have his own guitar. He wanted to have a wooden guitar.

I chose to put on the cover the child and his dreamy guitar because the story is all about his dream and his little wish to have a wooden guitar. In addition, I wrote the prices from the musical instruments’ sale.

I chose to create this cover because I believe that each of us has a little wish that he/she wants to fulfill. Moreover, by creating this cover, I wanted to show the background of the story and to provide the readers some information about the book.

A Summary Of The Plot

This book is about a young boy who wanted to have a guitar for his 8th birthday.
His father wish that his son plays on the guitar because when he was young he didn’t have enough money to buy a guitar.

The issue of money is shown on the story from different aspects.

Firstly, we can see that the father doesn’t have the option to buy his own guitar when he was a child.

Secondly, we can see that the narrator wanted to have a guitar and his father took him to a public auction to buy one.

In addition, the story tells about the child personal wish to get a wooden guitar. Eventually, during the story we can see that the father wanted to fulfill his dream by his son. The father has his inner wish to have his dreamy guitar since he was a child. Therefore, he convinced his son to buy his childhood guitar and not a wooden one. This guitar used to cost 1,000$, but he acived it in only 70$ and his father was happy with this price.

At the end to story, the child was disappointed because his wish to have a wooden guitar didn’t come true, but his father was very proud and happy because his wish did come true.

Describing The Characters

The main character that I chose is the speaker of the story. His appearance does not mention in the story. As a reader I do not have much information about his personality. But, from one main situation of the public auction I can assume that he is a shy boy who does not have much self-confidence. In addition, I believe that the fact that he does not get his dreamy guitar (a wooden guitar) also shows that his opinion is not so strong.

A secondary character that I chose is the suctionner. His appearance does not mention in the story. From the story we can see that he is a stubborn person who just wants do to his job on the best side.

A Book Review

I higly recommend reading this book because I think that this story aims to teach a lesson. If you have a dream you need to do your best in order to achive it!
I can also see that the money in the story is an important key to achive goals and dreams.
I think that this story is an intresting story and it shows that you need to fight for your dream. Eventually, the child achive a guitar but he doen’t achive his dreamy guitar.
Therefor, you should be more assertive to get what you want!
