A man was walking by the ocean in the morning. Suddenly he saw that thousands of sea stars hit the land. When he got closer, he noticed a boy. The boy was taking the starfish one by one and taking them back to the sea.

The man approached the boy and asked:

Why are you throwing these starfish back into the sea?

The boy answered:

The sun is rising. Soon the water will recede and these starfish will die of thirst.

The man was surprised by this situation:

The beach is very long and there are too many starfish. You can’t save them all. What difference does it make?

The boy listened to the man. Later, he took another starfish from the beach and left it to the sea. Then turning to the man:
