Dumplings (pierogi)
Ingredients:
500 g of wheat flour
half a teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons of oil – 50 ml
a glass of hot water – 250 ml
Instructions:
Knead the dough, wrap it in a thin cake and cut out circles with a diameter of 6-7 cm. We can put various fruits or meat inside.
Fold in half and stick with your fingers so that the stuffing does not fall out
Boil in hot water when they appear.
It means they are ready.
