Soon heat energy from the sun is added to the water, the the water evaporates all the way up to the clouds!

As the water is in the cloud, it condenses and falls as snow onto a glacier.

The ice melts and flows into a…river! This takes us to the next part of our trip.
https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pixtastock.com%2Fillustration%2F12025165&psig=AOvVaw07y-zWA8QXNQ0AT2M_r0xZ&ust=1600995680510000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCOia2O7LgOwCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAy
Nearby, many animals become thirsty. They come over to take a drink from the river.

The water is respired and evaporated from the animals body. The clouds collect it. Next precipitation comes into the trip.

From the clouds, the water condenses and falls into the ocean. The water remains in the ocean for some time.
https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwegoteach.com%2Fgowatercycle%2F&psig=AOvVaw3IbT_vEnGpPPddyJhQRZmj&ust=1600997155720000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCPji2LPRgOwCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAE
After some time, heat energy is added to the ocean water. Just like before, it evaporates and travels to the clouds!
https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sophisticatededge.com%2Fhow-do-clouds-form.html&psig=AOvVaw2gRv7UyGag38mSOk0ZFQec&ust=1600994911765000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCIDYkYfJgOwCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAK
The water that remains in the cloud are still water droplets that are clinging to dust particles.
https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fpt.slideshare.net%2FMPS1408%2Fclouds-4891918%2F5&psig=AOvVaw1vTw2tdGcMmL1ERQhC47LK&ust=1601045224724000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCLi9tLOEguwCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAL
Those water droplets then condense and fall on soil! The water is then absorbed by a plant. The water from the plant then leaves through the process of transpiration!
https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FTranspiration&psig=AOvVaw1g9Xwc5L4YVJFeyA7bwX0p&ust=1601045446448000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCOjSrqCFguwCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAw
https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.aplustopper.com%2Ftypes-of-transpiration%2F&psig=AOvVaw1g9Xwc5L4YVJFeyA7bwX0p&ust=1601045446448000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCOjSrqCFguwCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAq
From the transpiration, the water goes to the clouds. The water condenses again and falls into the lake this time! Once in the lake, the water is pulled by gravity and filters down back into the soil.
From their, it turns into groundwater and stays underground for some time! Finally it filters into the lake, and that’s where it remains. That is until the cycle repeats itself!
https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fstock.adobe.com%2Fimages%2Funderground-layers-of-earth-groundwater-layers-of-grass-vector-illustration%2F164698980&psig=AOvVaw2zGfNLl2oSmPkyTu6dGmDq&ust=1601130735165000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCNjmufrChOwCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAO
And that’s where we are going to end our trip! I hope you know a little more about the water cycle now!
THE END!
