A Rainbow Sunglasses

This is Robert! But everyone calls him Robbie.

Littel Robbie likes colors.

He likes to look at colors, named them, and even dream about them.

But there is something special about little Robbie’s eyes and the way they see colors.

While all Robbie’s friends see the color blue.

Robbie’s eyes see pink!

And when the kindergarten teacher asked-“What color is the balloon?”

Everyone shouted- “red!!”

Only little Robbie whispered quietly- “white!”.

When Momy says that it’s a sunny day today, and the sun is super yellow.

All little Robbie could see is a very gray and cloudy day.

It was like that with all the colors.
And Robbie didn’t see what the other friends saw.

Today all the children at Robbie’s kindergarten want to play a color game.

But Robbie doesn’t want to join. He is afraid the other kids will laugh at him cause he can’t see the colors like them.

But Robbie’s friends wanted him to play with them. So they bought him a special surprise!!

Robbie was so excited! He opened the present and saw- sunglasses!

“A sunglasses?” asked Robbie surprised.

“Put them on!!” all his friends said.

He put them on, and suddenly something different happened…

“WOW”, said Robbie.

Suddenly the white flowers became red!

And the gray sky became yellow!

All the colors changed and became super clear and different!

“It’s like a rainbow sunglasses!”

Ruby’s friends realized he was color blind. The glasses they bought him help color-blind people see the colors like everyone else.
And now Robbie can play color games with his friends all the time!
