Parents Survey Evaluation:
50 Parents filled the survey at the end of the project.According to charts above, parents mostly think that this projects improved their social(%92),digital(%90),language skills(%88) and increased their motivation in the lesson.%88 of them want their children join etwinning project again.
Students Survey Evaluation:
92 students answered the pre-survey at the begining of the project.According to these answers, students mostly like game.(%95.7) %87.6 of them want to learn digital tool for different subjects. %59.3 like digital games, % 25.3 outdoor , %12 board games.But they don’t know a lot of Web 2.0 tools.(%48). %96.7 of the students think digital games can be used in education.
82 Students anwered the last survey totally. According to survey,%74 of the students liked the project.%97.5 used games in lesson.%98.8 found game enjoyable.%43.9 of them like digital games, %15.9 of them like pen-paper games, %14.6 of them like board games, %9.8 like outdoor games and the same rate of students like simulation games.Most of them like digital game. %82.9 of them think Game-Based learning is useful for them. %25 of them learnt Canva, %18.7 Kahoot, % 5.3 Socrative and Quia,%4 joomag and photogrid, %2.7 weebly as a new Web 2.0 tool in this project.
%89 of them think that this project contributed to their success.%9.8 think perhaps.Lastly %98.8 of them think this project improved their digital skills.It is good because they became 21st century students.In this century digital skills are important.
As we compare the two survey,if they play other games like material,pen paper and outdoor they like them.Because they mostly chose digital games in first survey.They didn’t know many Web 2.0 tools at first but at the end they learnt new Web 2.0 tools.
Teacher Survey Evaluation:
16 Teachers answered the questions.According to this survey teachers are mostly experienced in etwinnig project.(%81.3) so They all know about Web 2.0 tools. But %81.3 know gamification and %18.8 don’t know gamification.They mostly know what gamification is.
16 Teachers answered the survey.According to it, they all like the project and they all used games in their lessons.(%100). They mostly found activities enjoyable.(%86.7) % 60 of teachers like digital games, %13.3 of them like designing poster and logo and the same rate like writing poem.They think mostly that Gamification is useful for learning (%87.5).They learnt new Web 2.0 tools in this project. They all think motivation of students increased with this project. They mostly think this project influenced the success of students (%86.7).Others think may be.%13.3.No teachers said no. Teachers like the project and they understand the importance of Gamification.The most important thing is success and motivation of students increased with this project.
