One day at the beginning of November,
four boys waited for the bus.
They had a trip with their school members.
But where is the rest of the class?
While they were waiting, John realized he forgot
to bring his sleeping-bag and his new phone.
His friend told him “don’t worry, this isn’t the end,
and either way there is no place to charge the phone in the forest”
“If you think I can live without my phone you are wrong!”,
said John, almost crying.
“How will people know we are funny and strong,
if we can’t take a Selfie of ourselves camping and hiking?”
John ran home crying to get his new phone
before the bus takes them into the wild.
His father praised him for coming home for the phone.
That way, they knew where he was at all times.
At night they told stories about forgetting their things,
and Bill had the worst story of them all.
He said that once, when his mom kept him waiting,
he didn’t have his tablet to play with.
He was so upset, and his mom felt so bad,
so she got him a new phone right away.
The lesson he learned from that one dreadful day,
was that he should always stay calm because
he would always have something to play with.
Right at that moment, his friends understood
that the lesson Bill learned isn’t right.
You have to stick with your friends, be there for each other
and keep your phone on silence mode (especially at night).
