Ben Simcha and Joseph, was born on the third day of Nissan 1948 (Alexandria)
 in Alexandria, Egypt. When he was one year old you gave up his father. 
From his childhood he aspired to be a "brave warrior", and he used to say 
to his mother: "Why was I born in Egypt and when did we rise to our 
ancestral land?" In 1935 he immigrated with his family to Israel. 
He was admitted to a Christian college in Jaffa, but at his request 
he was transferred to a Hebrew elementary school. When they spoke to 
him he would always reply in Hebrew. Victor was a quiet, comfortable 
man to the people, diligent in his work, forgiving and loving his friends.
 He joined the Zevulun Maritime Sports Association, enlisted in the Palim 
and served in Caesarea for a month and a half.
Was among the defenders of the Tel Aviv border. At the age of seventeen
 he enlisted, though not yet recruited, and worked in a military garage 
at an airport and as a casting officer in military work. He devoted his 
free time to arms repair and repair. Participated as part of the Palmach
 unit in battles at the Castel. From there he moved to Jerusalem and 
participated in the capture of Katamon. In Katamon he was severely 
wounded by a spinal cord and was paralyzed in his lower body. 
He was in a military hospital for ten days and was eager to
 see victory over the enemy, but died on Monday. Bayer 5765 
(11.5.1948). Buried in Sanhedria in Jerusalem.
On June 20, 1951, he was taken to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
