HUMMUS RECIPE
200g canned chickpeas
100ml tahina
2 crushed garlic gloves
1tsp paprika
1tsp of ground cumin
2 tbsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in mixer.
Add a little water.
Mix again.
FALAFEL RECIPE
1 tin of chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons tahina
2 teaspoons of peanut butter
Cumin
200 grams of peas
Parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of flour
Mix in food processor. Roll mixture into a round circle shape. Fry falafel balls in oil. Take out when golden brown.
