Quarantine

Because of the corona virus schools are closed. Now, me and my friends and family have to stay at home for unknown time. Most of the markets are closed, too. People are getting panicked, and me too.

 

So, I found out few ways to not get crazy with the quarantine, and there they are:

 

1. Clam down. Everything is going to be okay, we just have to be careful and stay at home as much as we can

 

Remember that!

 

2. Make yourself a daily schedule. Wake up in a specific time, do an exercise, eat a good healthy breakfast. After that, do your homework, but remember to take a break every 45 minutes. When you finish your homework you can eat and have free time for yourself and your hobbies. Go to sleep at 11:00 PM maximum. With a daily schedule, you will be more relaxed and less worried, also that’s good for your health!

 

3. Find yourself a new hobbies! Learn something new! Do something that you always wanted to try! For example, I like to draw or weave bracelets from threads, that makes me so relaxed! Listen to music, try meditation and dance! Also you can read a book or watch a TV show, but try to isolate yourself from bad news, they are not healthy.

 

 

 

I try to do that everyday, and I think that could help everyone else if they’ll try it too. Don’t forget to wash your hands! Stay at home, stay healthy♡
