TOURIST GUIDE OF BILOZERKA DISTRSICT

Location: the south-western part of Kherson region

Bilozerka district is a wonderful land. It’s washed by the waters of the Dnipro-Buh  estuary and by the Dnipro from the south to the east, from the north and the east  it is washed by Ingulets, which flows into the Dnipro river. The picturesque natural complex of the Dnipro marshes is a complex system of islands and lakes, covered with reeds, grass and trees.

Bilozerka district has a great potential in the development of cultural, cognitive, water, green and eco – tourism.

It is situated on the native bank of the Dnipro estuary, 1 km from the south of Olexandrivka village. The part of object is located on the territory of Stanislav Village Council. It is connected with  different levels of  edge shore from 3 to 15 m above the water. It is called Kherson Grand Canyon or Stanislav’s hill.

It can be presented in touristic-excursion routes.
