What is coronavirus?
In late February people started talking about coronavirus. These are part of a family of respiratory viruses and can have varying degrees of disease. It is so called because of its crown shape, with spikes on the surface.
The flu symptoms are signs of a possible coronavirus infection, but there are people who are asymptomatic, that is, who are positive for the virus but do not experience the symptoms.
It is transmitted through close contact with an infected person and does not occur through the food route.
Unfortunately there are people who die from this virus but it can also be cured, many people are cured about 10,000 while the dead are 27,000.
we spent two months inside the house, we could not have contact with people except with the people we had at home.
you couldn’t even go out for a run in the embankment or in a park alone, even if every now and then I saw people go there from the terrace.
I too had a great desire to go out for a run in the embankment but I preferred to avoid.
How did i experience quarantine?
Well even if I’m a little crazy.
At the beginning I was quite well at home, this didn’t bother me. After 2/3 weeks it started to weigh, I started to miss my friends and my friends, who are the people I missed the most.
At the beginning I was more motivated to do things and most of all I wanted to do them.
One thing I’m happy about is that I kept my routine: I woke up early enough, lessons, then of course lunch, I trained, studied and then watched movies. indeed something has changed, I have not trained, and it proves it!
Better if I start again!
One thing I’m really happy with is that in this quarantine I started painting again!
The positive side of this quarantine is that I had more time for myself; I started to take more care and no more people around me who didn’t make me feel good, in fact everyone tells me that they see me happier and happier.
I’m very satisfied!
