GUY FAWKES NIGHT
Guy Fawkes is celebrated in autumn, the fifth of November.
Guy Fawkes wants to blow up king James and the parliament.
But one of is companion has a friend in the parliament, the companion sends a letter to his friend with an advertisement: don’t go in the parliament tonight.
But the friend goes to see the king and Guy Fawkes was caught, with a dark lantern and a burning match. He was hung and burnt.
Since it’s celebrated in Canada, New Zealand and Great Britain with bonfires, Fireworks and we burn a little model of Guy Fawkes.
We eat Toffee apples and potatoes baked in the ashes of the fire.
