We can be optimistic by taking things in life in an easy way.You have to train yourself to behave in a good manner,also you have to be in between, not too serious and not too negligent.
Everything in life can harm you.Right? Why? are you used to get harmed by others?do you give up?The only thing that I can say to you is that life is not for weak people.It means that you have to be strong.You can say to yourself everyday:No! that is enough! I want to protect myself from anything that can harm me.But how?!
Look,you should make barriers between you and people,you have to respect them and also they have to respect you,in this way, no one can harm you.ALSO, you have to stay away from people that frustrate you,you know,that one who says to you something that make you feel depressed.I advice you to cancel these people from your life.
1.Love your family
Your family is a grace from Allah,and maybe some people don’t have this grace.try ALWAYS to look after your family,LOVE them,let them SMILE ,make them LAUGH.
2.Trust yourself
When you trust yourself,everything become easier for you,so love yourself, stay strong,accept yourself in order to reach the
SELF CONFIDENCE, it is all in your hands.
3.Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time of being angry,sad,or depressed.LIFE doesn’t wait for you, LIFE passes away very quickly,So adjust yourself,and respect and treasure your beautiful moments.
4.Read books
When you read a book you will feed your mind,if you do this your thoughts will develop to the best.
5.Go out for walk in the woods
Walking in natural areas,breathing fresh air and watching birds and animals would make relax and feel happy.
6.Go swimming or play your favorite sports
This is good for your health and spirit.
