Preface
I’m not Wordsworth nor Frost, so I wouldn’t go as far as defining the value of poetry or trying to understand the creative process needed for a poem to come out right, surely not at the very beginning of my very first published book of poems.
I do think that sometimes all you need is just a spark of inspiration to set your mind right, to get your feelings in motion strong enough, so you might just end up with, well, art.
I got my inspiration on a tour bus to Mitzpe Ramon on the night between the 14 and 15 of June 2018, listening (well, eavesdropping, really) to conversations around me and turning sentences I picked up without any context into morally dubious poems.
Enjoy,
Nir I. Kligsberg
