In this picture we can see a young man helping his friend to climb  a mountain. The man could continue clinbind but he decided to help his friend who struggles to climb.

The connection between this picture to the poem “Count That Day Lost” is in the first stanza, where we can find examples for a “day well spent”. One of the examples is a self- denying deed, like we can see in the picture.

In this picture we can see a child smiling at a man. When someone smiling at other person it make the other person smile back and it can make someone’s day and make him happy. According to the poem ” One glance most kind That fell like sunshune where it went” even one look or a smile can make someone happy.

In this picture we can see  a “to do list”. The person who wrote it didn’t do something today, he did nothing just like in the second stanza: “You’ve nothing done that you can trace that brought the sunshine to one face-no act most small” This person did’nt to anything to make someone’s day better
