This woman flew to Africa to help people there without getting anything in return.

So she and the people who flew with her made a change, even the smallest.

Title: Do not do anything all day.

This picture actually touches the second stanza of the poem.

The picture speaks of a man who does no good, does not do anything all day.

If we are all like him, there will be no change in the world.
