# 193 – Is Your Enemy My Enemy? – 2

Already some interesting responses to today’s Letter. Some so warm and understanding – others supportive, but more ‘cynical’ or at least practical, with not bad suggestions that we should leave this messy are to them, and move to USA as the 51st State. (Didn’t I read somewhere that Jerusalem was actually located somewhere in Wyoming….).

And others, located here, have wondered how I can write, without mentioning what’s going on here, now, today. Rockets from Gaza fell today in Ashkelon, Beersheba and Ofakim. Add them to the over 1,000 rockets that have been fired from Gaza SINCE the ceasefire agreement.

When should we attack them again – and how much more devastating than last time?

Ahaaaa – I sense an atmosphere of concern…

Geographically, about half of this country is currently ‘in fear of terrorism’. Do you really understand what this is?

If I’m having trouble imagining what it’s like to feel the threat of a bomb dropping on my head – and I CARE – how can I expect the rest of the World to care? (And I HAVE been through this – I WAS here during the Gulf War – I DID have to hug my family tightly when the bombs went off).

Yes, we optimists, whose fingers are still crossed that the Arab uprising will be positive for Israel, are starting to worry.

Seems like they’re ALL our enemies…
