“MBEPETIELLE”
Ingredients:
1 kg of flour, 1 kg of honey, 1 kg of almonds, cinnamon.

Directions:
Put the flour on a pastry board and put the almonds, the cinnamon and the honey into the centre.

Mix the ingredients.

Roll out the mixture with your hands and prepare the long stripes.

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes; still hot cut them obliquely.

“Mbepetielle” is ready!

“PZZETELLE”
Ingredients:
2 kg of flour, 1 piece of yeast, 2 liters of boiling water, salt cod, salt.

DIRECTIONS:
Put in a bowl the water, flour and baking powder and add a little salt.
Mix carefully to obtain a mixture; cover with a cloth and let stand for more than 1 hour.

Meanwhile, boil the cod and carefully remove the thorns.
With a spoon take some leavened dough, add a few pieces of cod and dip the mixture into boiling oil.

When the pancake is golden, remove it with a perforated spoon and place it on a dish.
Eat “pezzetelle” still warm.
