ABOUT ME

My name is Amal Zahereddine and I am 11 years old. My favourite colors are purple,red,gold,white and black. I live in a family of 7 and I have 3 sisters and one cheeky little brother!My favourite subjects in school are Science, Art and Music. My hobbies are dancing, Singing and of course creating a piece of work using my thoughts and imagination.My goals are to make my teacher proud, Get an impressive report and to be able to lead by example at all time.

Whenever I’m at school I love to talk and share secrets with one another! In school, most of the times I love to go around every day and greet some teachers especially the art teachers!I have to say that I could be stingy sometimes but I love to respect my peers and help them whenever the need assistance.I also like to correct people when they are doing something wrong or have done something unacceptable!

MY TIME IN CIS!

       My time in C.I.S was amazing! I had many fun memories and shared so many moments with my peers! My favourite things about my time in C.I.S is all the teachers that have made me get this far and how great it was making all my friends. So far I think C.I.S is an amazing school!

         Year 6 the year where all primary school has taught me, went up to standards and helped me with all my goals, but not without the help of my amazing and spectacular teacher Mrs Dosunmu!She has helped prepare me and my peers for senior school and what is in stock for us! And now I can say I am ready for year 7!

Reception!

When I first came to school in reception, I was a bit nervous for what was in stock for me. My teacher was Mrs Henderson who taught me many things as I got used to school.My best friends at that time were Erica, Veer and Jenrola!The assistant teacher of that class was Mrs Jennifer and she was a great teacher as well!

      Mrs Henderson was always teaching us about the same things for 2 weeks at maximum because she wanted the best of us to come out of what we have learnt. She cracked my shell of fear!I remember in reception when  Ali and I celebrated our birthdays together and Mrs Henderson got mad at us and delayed our birthdays for 5 whole minutes until we kept quiet and the birthday began!Reception was great and I wish I could turn back time time.

My Time In Year 1B

As I stepped into the doors of year 1B ,things got slightly harder and trickier, My teacher was of course, Mrs Brand. She was a great teacher who was fun and helpful to one another!when I was in year 1B, Mrs Brand always used to love to make us laugh as well as she loved to make us smile.

Mrs Brand loved to see us happy but she loved to challenge us and she loved to give us spelling tests not just to test our knowledge but to test our hearing and attentive skills because Mrs brand loved to observe our actiond and movements.My best friends were Veer, Erica and Dara!Year one was flabbergasting and I really enjoyed it!

My Time In Year 2B

Now I have gotten to a higher class which was 2B and Mrs Akinyemi was in charge this time. I made new friends which were Serena, etc and learnt new thing once more, although things were more complex but was easy for me, since I believe I was a hard worker and so were my peers!

Mrs Akinyemi was a tremendous teacher because she always told us the truth and always showed us how to correct our actions or mistakes so we don’t repeat it in the future. Mrs Akinyemi also enjoyeed watching us discover new things! Year 2 was one of the most amazing experiences I had during my time in C.I.S and I wold love to say I enjoyed it very much indeed and thanks to all the great teachers that supported me!

My Experience In Year 3B

As I entered the new C.I.S building, I saw year 3B calling me like a wolf! and so I went there and met an amazing teacher called Mrs Okoye. She could be strict sometimes just like every teacher if we don’t follow the rules but I thought that Mrs Okoye was an excellent teacher.

 Sometimes in Year three and in every year I used to wonder what the teacher would say about me later when it is time for parent teacher conferences but I always used to reflect on my actions and think about what I could do better! My closest friend in year 3B to me were Jenrola, Erica and many many more! I loved and I will always remember the great memories I have made in year 3!

My Time In Year 4B

     Now, I am in year 4B and I meet a teacher called Mrs Ojeiku, Now, There was somethings that were unique about her because she liked to see me and my peers happy and making friends and liked resolving issues between me and my classmates.

     I remember once when nobody was allowed to talk to me for 1 whole week because of Erica (My Best friend) but I got over it! My best friends were of course Erica, Jenrola, Blossom, Anjola, Sion, Sopriala and many, many more.Year 4B was so awesome especially when Mrs Ojeiku used to give us sweets during our classes!

My Time In Year 5D!

MY time in year 5d was amazing my teacher was Mrs Akinyemi and she was soo phenomenal She let us have a lot of fun learning new things and solving new questions. Oh, and my teacher wa of course Akinyemi and the great Miss Desola. Mrs Akinyemi was My teacher In year 2B!

My friends in year 5D were Erica, Sopriala, Ona, Anjola, Nowethu, Azaria, Danielle, Adeife and many, many more!My favourite class was science because Mrs Akinyemi made everything very interesting especially, well, science! Year 5 was incredible and I wish I could repeat those days a billion times!  

My Time In Year 6C

         My time in year 6C was soo great!I met soo many new friends and learned soo many new things! MY Teacher was Mrs Dosunmu and Mrs Uche. We did a lot of fun activities during the terms, like class assembly, blood smoothie experiment, bioms in bottles and soo many more activities as a class!My favourite daily class that we had was literacy because we debated alot and we did a lot of thing that taught us about what is happening around us.

        My BEST friends in year 6C are Chantel, Ona, Sopriala and Sion.My time in Year 6C was amazing and I hope the memories that I have made in Year 6C would be as important as the memories I would make in year 7!

Events

While those dynamic days and terms passed there were a lot of amazing events that took place! The events that took place were dress up day, Crazy hair and socks day, diversity day, swimming gala (did not attend), sports day, choir challenge, class assembly, literacy,numeracy and science week,Door competition, dashiki day and much, much more! These events were very fantastic, especially crazy hair and socks day.

My Friends!

During my time in CIS; my friends have been with me through the thick and thin. Up untill this day, I still wonder what my time in CIS would be like without my friends- terrible probably! I love and care deeply about all of my friends.I hve noticed friends make things easier for people in life!

I have many friends; Chantel, Kiki, Ona, Sion, Zara, Stacy, Savannah, Jenrola, Anjola, Sopriala, Kevwe, Unique, Ugo, Richmond and many. many more! I hope  all my friends will be by my side forever! 

My Expectations Of Year 7!

When I go to year 7 there are a lot of goals that I want to get achieved and I want to keep an eye open for all the things that didn’t exist in Primary school! When I go to year seven I want to be able to be an amazing student who will always be used as a great leader and example to my peers!

When I go to year seven I want to be noticed as a responsible and pro-active person who is willing to learn. Also, when I go to secondary I will expect myself to make more and more friends! Year 7 here I go!

My Goodbyes!

 In primary school there are lots of amazing things we did that I know deep in my Heart I will cherish for years! I would like to say goodbye to all the friends that I have made since I came to year six and are leaving now! I would also like to say goodbye to all of the great memories I have made during my phenomenal time in C.I.S primary school!

 Finally, I would like to say goodbye to all the fun events that have taken place and all the amazing opportunities I have had since I have come to C.I.S and I hope that when I go to year 7, I will feel the same way and ,make the same great memories with my friends and peers!
