Recipe Book Assignment

Task

We will have an End of Term party for the class. You are responsible for preparing the meal. There will be 30 guests in attendance. You are expected to create a recipe book using www.ourboox.com. This book should contain 7 recipes (four food and three drinks) you will be preparing for your guests.

You can choose your recipes from any of the below sites or you can use your own.

You are expected to provided a link to your original recipe or to input the original recipe in your recipe book and show the ingredients needed for the 30 persons. Please note, one recipe is allowed per page.

You are also expected to have a table showing the total of each ingredient required for the seven recipes.

Note the table can be copy and pasted from Microsoft word or Google Docs.

Finally you are expected to have a table showing the costs of the ingredients required and the total cost to cater.
