One sunny morning, Suki the cat is going out on an adventure. A lady called Sue had let her out. “Woah, this is going to be an exciting adventure!” she said excitedly. She walked off onto the pavements.

2

Suki saw some people walking and she meowed. “I don’t have any friends, but I’m looking for a brown labrador puppy called Dipsy.” she said. Suki is still walking on the pavements and she is looking for a friend.

3

“Well, he’s going to live with me and Sue! Yippee!” cheered Suki. She sat on the pavement and waited for Dipsy to come. “I have to wait for Dipsy to come because he is a brown labrador puppy.” she said.

4

At last, the brown labrador puppy is here. “Is your name Dipsy?” asked Suki. “Yes, my name is definitely Dipsy. How do you know that?” he said askedly. “I can know all dog names!” she said excitedly. “That’s a good answer, Suki!” said Dipsy.

5

Suki and Dipsy walked back to the road where Suki lives. “Are you going to live with me, Dipsy?” she asked. “Yes, I am, Suki.” said Dipsy. Suki cheered because Dipsy is coming to live with Suki, so Suki and Dipsy are in love.

6

Suki went home with Dipsy. “Do you not enjoy your adventure? You came home quickly!” asked Sue with a phrase. “No, I didn’t, but I did go home quickly because I didn’t enjoy my adventure.” said Suki. “It’s okay, Suki. It’s just animals not enjoying adventures.” said Dipsy.

7

Suki and Dipsy went upstairs. Sue came upstairs too. “Did you buy me dog food, a dog bed, dog toys, dog collars and dog leads?” he asked. “No, I didn’t. Would you like me to go shopping to buy you all dog stuff?” asked Sue. “Yes, you will.” said Dipsy.

8

“Okay, I will go now.” said Sue. “Sue is going shopping, but you and me have to stay inside the house.” said Suki. “I ate dog food this morning and drank water!” said Dipsy. “But where did you live with last time?” asked Suki. I lived with Harriet, Ben, Jayne and Darren, the family where I used to live.” said Dipsy.

9

“Dog food are left there at Jayne and Darren’s house.” said Dipsy again. “I think so.” said Suki. Suki and Dipsy went to Sue’s bedroom and looked for something to play with. “I found a bouncy ball!” said Suki. “Shall we play with it?”

10

“Yes, we can play with the bouncy ball!” said Dipsy with an excitement. Suki and Dipsy played with Sue’s red and yellow bouncy ball and they had fun playing with it. “This is so much fun, Suki!” laughed Dipsy. “It is!” said Suki.

11

At night, Suki and Dipsy went to bed. Dipsy is sleeping on Suki’s bed and Suki is sleeping on it too. “Goodnight, both of you.” said Sue with a whisper. “Goodnight, Sue.” said both of Suki and Dipsy.

12

They had fun, they went to live with each other, played with Sue’s bouncy ball and Suki went on an little adventure, and it was a good day for both of them.
