POTATOES WITH GARLIC
INGREDIENTS
potatoes
garlic
oil
pepper
chilli
pilgrim
species
PROCEDURE
We fry the garlic, chillies and pepper.
While it is frying, we peel the potatoes and cut them.
Then we fry the potatoes.
Remove the garlic, the pepper and the chilli and put it in the mortar.
crush it and add two glasses of water.
Mix and add it to the potatoes.
Let cook for 5 minutes.
And ready to eat.
