  • Copy and paste the business file into QB exam folders.
  • Now, start the QuickBooks Auto Data Recovery folder. It can be accessed while the business file is stored.
  • Copy the file by adding the .QBW.adr and placing it in the QB Test folder.
  • Check your QB test folder for .QBW.adr and .tlg files
  • Navigate to the QB test folder and right-click on the file with the extension .QBW.adr and select Rename.
  • Remove the .adr at the end of the file.
  • Click on QuickBooks
  • Just double-click the business file in the QB exam folder. Please enter your credentials to make sure all transactions are in place.
  • To confirm the data integrity of the modified file, go to File> Tools> Confirm data.
  • If a copy of the business file is in good condition, you can transfer the damaged business file to another site and then re-copy the QB test to the exact location.
