Firstly, I would like to introduce the information I have found on the Internet: ”Most  student leadership research from the last few decades has focused on individual students  and how those students mature into their own leadership worldview. A smaller branch has  focused on whether or not a particular academic program is meeting The learning objectives  of being a top-notch leadership program or intervention.” 

I think that in the future, people will find out that they need to help students in  leadership and social change, and they will improve this, there won‘t be any problems.  Teachers will help students improve their collaboration skills,they will improve team values,  and they will help students develop their leadership sense. 

Secondly, everyone will be confident, and they will be able to lead other people like a  good leader, they will know how to succeed and they will know how to solve their problems.  In conclusion, if we support other people to study leadership and to make social changes  in education, there won’t be any communication disorders, any confidential issues, they will  set up their own business and they will know how to collaborate with others, and humanity  will evolve.
