At college, there is a subject called Physical Education, where the time of (1 lesson) is reserved for the practice of all types of activities, from a stretch to a football game.
This practice is essential and should continue in all colleges, many think that this time of classes is only an hour of leisure, but it is not true, it can do very well to the health of the student. It is proved that physical activity stimulates the brain to improve memory, thinking skills.
