The Refugee Crisis

This book talk about refugees or migrants who are fleeing their country and pursuing home in a new country. They are leaving for so many reasons :

For escaping persecution, fleeing war, food shortage, or seeking better economic opportunity, climate…
Some fact :

More than half (53%) of the world’s refugees are from just three countries: Syria, Afghanistan and Somalia. And 51% are children, some of them are orphans, victims of child labour or abuses.

Also, more than 60 milions people were forced to flee their country to escape war. They are called refugees and the definition dates back to 1951.

The difference has to be made between migrants and refugees : migrants flee there home for economique reasons, cliamate or food shortage, and refugees for conflicts and war
