Last summer I requested for some friends to come to the county fair with me. I asked Evy Molle and Madison Osborne from Mrs.Weis’s class. My dad and I said “We will pick you up around 12 p.m. And drop you off at 6 p.m.”
When we picked up Madison we went to her Mom’s store Sissy’s. Sissy’s is a cafe and store. Then we approached Evy’s house. We rang the doorbell. Amber, Evy’s mom, welcomed us into her house. We walked in and it was as clean as a maid’s room.
Then we left as fast as a flash. I was so excited to go to the fair. I was so hyper on the ride to the fair. I always thought that the fair was wonderful. When we got to the fair, we bought our wrist bands, but my dad said we should look at the games and barns first.
When we went through the barns we noticed some adorable goats. We had to stop! There was a goat that felt as if it were cloud. It also was as small as a baby. When we walked out of the barn we approached an ice cream stand. I asked my dad if we could each buy some. He said, “I will buy each of you one if it is under five dollars.” Each of us bought an ice cream cone.
My dad suggested that we go on rides. I said, “How about we go on the Ully Bubba.”
We agreed, but Evy said, “If we go on your ride we get to go on mine.”
Then we said “Okay.” We had lots of fun on the Ully Bubba!
After that we went we went on Evy’s ride. She picked out the Power Surge. Although we could only fit two in a seat we made an arrangement. I would sit with Madison because it was both of our first time on. I had fun but Madison hated it.
Then we went on the Zipper. I went with Evy first again. I started crying before the ride even started! It was short but horrifying . I thought it was as scary as a volcano erupting. I said he could hear me from a mile away. That was when Madison squealed, “My turn! My turn!” Evy was going on with Madison. When they got off they both loved it. We went on both rides a thousand times.
When we arrived home we all said our goodbyes. It was horrifying and the best thing ever. I was sad to see them go. I couldn’t wait for the next Outagamie County Fair. I wanted to invite them the next day, but my dad said, “It was too much the first time. “On the bright side I had fun and tried new things!”
