Elsa is very excited. Because she has English lesson tomorrow. She prepares her schoolbag at night. Her mother and father are watching Tv at that time. But they feel sad, what happened to them? They say she can not go to school tomorrow because schools are closed. Covid-19 kills people. They can have lessons at home with technology. She is very worried and calls her best friend John. They speak on the phone. John is worried, too. But they finish their conversation with hopefully. Before Elsa goes to her bed, she brushes her teeth and read a book. Because reading is her favorite activity. John plays video games for a while. But John and Elsa are excited for their first online lessons.

Elsa wakes up early in the morning and washes her face and hands. She has breakfast with her family and switches on her

computer she is excited because her lesson isn’t at school, it is at home. Her teacher gives them online meeting link and they start their lesson. The subject of the English lesson is “TIME”. Elsa’s teacher, Mrs. Smith asks all students to draw a picture of a clock. Elsa draws and paints a beautiful clock picture. “It is wonderful” says Mrs. Smith. She asks Elsa “What is the time Elsa?” Elsa says, “It is nine o’clock Mrs. Smith. “Weldone Elsa. It is correct. Thank you.” Mrs Smith asks same question to John, “Please answer ‘What time is it John?” John answers “It is ten to five Mrs. Smith.”

Elsa and John live in the same neighbourhood. After they finish online lessons they go to the park. Elsa likes skating but John likes jogging. So, she goes skating for a while and John goes jogging Then they sit under a tree. But suddenly it

starts to rain. They don’t know what to do. She calls her mother and her mother comes and picks them up.) There is some rain but the beatiful sun shines too because the month is April. Children like the rain and ask for a walkwith Elsa’s mom. They leave the car and walk for half an hour. Walking make them hungry, they want to eat hamburger. Elsa’s mom: “Oh,well…It seems that it is your day kids! Enjoy it! Do you know that 23rd April is Children’s Day? Mustafa Kemal Atatürk gifted today to all children in the world”.

Elsa call John and says “Let’s go and buy flags, it is 23rd April”. They meet in the park and go to the stationary. They buy two flags. They are very happy. They sing songs about Children’s Day. They say “Thank you the great leader Atatürk”.

After celebrating 23 April Children Day, they decides to go

back home. Elsa’s mother wants them to buy some strawberries for the cake. Elsa and John don’t know where the greengrocer is. They want to ask somebody: “Excuse me,how can we go to the greengrocer?” ”Ohhh. it’s very easy. Go straight ahead the Pool street then turn to the Sesame Street. There is bank at the corner and the greengrocer is opposite it. They say ”Thank you” to the woman and try to find the greengrocer. When they find the greengrocer, they ask for some strawberries but there aren’t any strawberries there. So they go out and try to find a new greengrocer again. They get very tired at the end of the day but they have the strawberries
