My love story with dance

From a very young age I started walking and right after that I started dancing. My dad was a drummer and there was always rhythmic music at home.

I truly believe that thanks to this environment I grew up to have a musical hearing and my love of dance was born from this age.

My first step in the dance studio was when I was 4. My mom tells that for weeks it was the only thing I talked about. I walked into the studio, started a ballet class with a tough Russian teacher and have not wanted to leave since.

As I got older, so did the dance styles I danced to. I loved every moment in the dance class and constantly wanted to experiment with more and more. After ballet it was jazz and then I also danced modern dance, composition dance, hip hop, point shoes and even experimented with gypsy dance and breakdance.

In middle school I studied dance as a major and in high school I was part of a dance group. 

I danced professionally until I was drafted into the army and during the weekends I went to the studio in Tel Aviv to take some dance classes for body and soul.

These days I no longer dance in a professional setting, but dancing forever will remain a very big love in my life.

Today I definitely take every opportunity to go out and dance to the sounds of music in any way possible and maybe even one day I will come back and take dance lessons sometimes

Dance completely shaped my character and who I am. First of all it teach me be connected to myself, be full of self-confidence and feel what hard work is. I learned high work ethic, how to put in a lot of effort and practice in order to achieve achievements and sometimes even deal with failures at an early age.
