My new hobby: Home gardening

In August, almost a year ago, I moved to Ramat Gan with my boyfriend

Because of the corona, we couldn’t stroll outside and find all sorts of items that would make the apartment feel like home

Family and friends came to see our house and said that something was missing …
The second time they came, they were no longer empty-handed – they brought stunning plants!

The first was the orchid.
Stunning in its beauty, purple, with an impressive appearance.

The second was Poinsettia, with green leaves and red leaves at the top, mesmerizing in its striking colors.

With each plant that arrived, I checked its optimal growing conditions and followed them.

But, unfortunately, they began to wither, the flowers closed and fell off and the leaves began to turn yellow

I decided to abandon the growing instructions and started to change the location of the plants in the house, gave them water by feeling and, fed them all the fruit leftovers that were supposed to end up in the bin.

After a few very tense weeks, I started to see buds of leaves and flowers.

Yes! I succeeded!!!

Since that discovery and at the end of the quarantine, I went to nurseries, I bought more plants, herbs, plants with flowers, and plants with leaves in different colors.
Tall and short plants, tropical and Mediterranean.
And the house was filled with lots of color, warmth, and beauty.

Now, I enjoy every morning looking at the full planters, watering them, and enjoying the beauty of my personal nature.
