A long time ago, I found myself waking up in a facility I did not recognize. There was a large cube right next to me, it was almost half of my height. I saw a weird-looking door, and a big button attached to the floor. I tried opening the door but it was locked. I tried pressing the button by standing on it, and the door opened. I started walking towards the next room but the door closed once I stepped off of the button. I realized I need to do something to keep the button pressed while I walk towards the door, so I decided to pick up the cube and put it on the button. I walked through the door, and once I stepped into the other room there was an elevator right in front of me. I stepped into the elevator and the doors closed right away.

The elevator took me to another floor. When the elevator reached the second floor I stepped out and I heard a robot like voice saying: “ah, so you’re finally awake. It’s about time, I’m Facility-Bot”.

I asked the Facility-Bot “How long have I been stuck here”?, I wanted to know if it was so long that I forgot everything I ever knew? Facilty-Bot replied “Long enough that it shouldn’t matter any more. Now you’ll go through a series of tests. Once you’ll finish all of the tests I’ll give you a pie”.

The current room had 2 buttons and one cube. One of the buttons was placed on a higher platform and it seems like it activates the staircase. The other button was placed at the bottom and it looked like it activates the door. I threw the cube onto the higher button and the stairs got activated, when suddenly I heard Facilty-Bot talking again.

It said “Good job, but how will you do this next part?” I went up the stairs and kicked the metal cube. I realized right away this was a bad idea. Because kicking something from metal will hurt quite a bit. I picked the cube up and threw it down onto the other button that opened the door.

I Made it through some more rooms. Now there were turrets, crushers, and even laser fields, but I survived, even if just barely. Eventually, I made it into a weird room behind one of the stairs there was a secret room, there was writing on the wall, “The Pie Is a Lie”.

I questioned whether Facility-bot had told me the truth, but I didn’t care, until…

“Your service as a test subject is over, you will now die as I do not need you anymore”, Then out of nowhere I got teleported onto a conveyor belt leading to a fire! I was going to be burned alive! I jumped off it and started running.

I kept running until I found a place to hide and stayed there for about a week. I found some food and water nearby. It seemed to be some leftovers from the other survivors. Suddenly I noticed a new door…

My suspicions about Facility-Bot were confirmed when i heard it say “So… you’re here…”, then out of nowhere turrets came out of the ground, but before they could shoot, I turned them around to shoot at Facility-bot who was hanging from the ceiling. A little box fell out of its head, it had a little Portal sign on it, it looked like it was a portal device. I grabbed it and teleported the ceiling off the room. I saw the moon so I decided to teleport Facility-Bot onto the moon. I climbed out from the roof, and I experienced freedom for the first time in years.
