Tomato Soup

Ingredients;

5 tomatoes

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons  flour

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1-liter water

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon grated cheddar

Recipe;

First, peel the tomatoes and grate the tomatoes. Secondly, open the oven and put the flour and oil in the saucepan. Bake the flour and oil. Thirdly, add the grated tomatoes to the saucepan. Bake for a few minutes. After that, add the water and salt to the saucepan. Boil the 15 minutes. Finally, put the soup in the bowl after the boil and add grated cheddar.

1 bowl garlic yoghurt

1 teaspoon dry mint

Recipe;

First, pour the flour into a bowl. Add the egg, salt, and warm water and knead it. Cover and leave to rest. Start making the mortar. Grate the onion. Add 250 grams mince to the onion. Then, add black pepper, salt, and red peppers and knead them. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Open the meringue with a rolling pin. Cut the dough with the stuffed ravioli knife and create small squares. Put a small piece mortar in each square. Give them a triangular shape. Boil in a pot and cook for 20 minutes. For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add tomato paste and roast. Add a little water to the saucepan and roast it. Drain the ravioli and mix it with yoghurt. Finally, pour the sauce over and add the spices.

1 tablespoon pepper paste
1 teaspoon paprika

1 teacup oil
500 grams mince

Recipe;

Firstly, put peppers, onions, tomatoes in a mixer and mix them. Add the parsley last. Secondly, put the mortar (in the mixer) into a large bowl and add spices, tomato paste, and oil. Mix them. Next, add the mince and knead it well. Start making dough. Pour the water into a bowl, add salt and sugar, and mix. Add flour little by little. Knead until you get a medium-hard dough. Knead for 5 minutes. After that, divide the dough into 10 parts. Rest the dough meringues for 1 hour. After 1 hour, roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Spread the lahmacun mixture on the dough. Put the lahmacun on the tray and put it in the oven. Operate the oven at 250 degrees. Finally, cook the lahmacun for 10 minutes.

Secondly, dice the onion. Put the minced meat in the pan and saute it. Add the onion to the pan. Then, add the grated tomatoes. Also, add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes. Add water, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6 minutes. After that, roll the dough into meringues. Roll out the meringues with a rolling pin. Bake the dough in a pan. Then, first put the baked dough on the plate. Then put the mince sauce to the baked dough. Do this again. Repeat the process for the baked dough and mince sauce.

Third, peel and chop the potatoes. Fry the potatoes. After that, put meatballs and potatoes side by side on the tray. Then, grate the tomatoes and put them in the saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes. Add thyme, salt, and water. Cook for 10 minutes. Then, add the sauce to the tray. Cut 1 tomato and pepper. Put them on the tray. Add 1 glass water. Finally, bake for 1 hour.
