The book author is Robert Louis Stevenson.
the book gener is horror fiction and mystery.

Summary of the book:

The plot of the book takes place in London. At its center is a person with a dual personality: Dr. Jekyll, a respected gentleman who engages in medical research who assumes that every person has a good side and a bad side and seeks remedies that will help understand evil in order to eradicate it in medical ways. Jekyll discovers a drug that allows him to temporarily suppress the good side of a person’s personality and he tries the drug on himself.

The characters:

Mr. Edward Hyde: A strange, repugnant man who looks faintly pre-human. Hyde is violent and cruel, and everyone who sees him describes him as ugly and deformed—yet no one can say exactly why. Language itself seems to fail around Hyde: he is not a creature who belongs to the rational world, the world of conscious articulation or logical grammar. Hyde is Jekyll’s dark side, released from the bonds of conscience and loosed into the world by a mysterious potion.
Mr. Poole: Jekyll’s butler. Mr. Poole is a loyal servant, having worked for the doctor for twenty years, and his concern for his master eventually drives him to seek Utterson’s help when he becomes convinced that something has happened to Jekyll.
The character that I like the least is Mr. Hyde because he’s bad to everyone, kills almost everyone, he does not care what he does even if it’s a bad deed.

New cover for book:

I choos this picture because Dr. Jekyll and Mr. hyde were the same person and  Dr. Jekyll was half a man and half an animal.

Recommend on the book:

I don’t recommend the book because I think he’s a little boring and not interesting, the chapters are telling the same thing and the story barely progresses. Barely a life story is told about Mr. Hyde and you don’t know who he is.
